Job summary

SkyPark Santa’s Village, LLC. is seeking a Sales Associate to create a welcoming shopping experience. You will interact with guests, handle transactions with accuracy, and stay informed on park merchandise and promotions.

Requirements include strong communication, basic math for cash handling, reliability, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment. You will report to the Retail Manager and contribute to a fun, guest-focused park atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong customer service skills at all times.
• Determine customer needs based on personal features and guest preferences.
• Demonstrate knowledge of store products and services to build sales.
• Maintain a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm reflecting SkyPark’s mission and values.
• Ability to demonstrate strong guest-focused engagement on and off the sales floor.
• Promote and maintain a safe working and shopping environment.
• Contribute to a high energy, fast-paced environment that provides guests with an entertaining, fun and dynamic experience.
• Operates point-of-sale/cash registers, manages financial transactions and balances drawers at the end of their shift.
• Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor and park.
• Introduce promotions and opportunities to guests.
• Cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Operate point-of-sale cash registers and cash handling procedures.
• Assists with inventory in all Retail areas.
• Performs other job duties as assigned.
