Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Store Support Teammate to assist Guests and support daily store operations. You will greet Guests, handle transactions at the POS, and help maintain promotions, pricing and security practices.

This role also involves merchandising tasks and maintaining Buckle’s welcoming store environment. You will uphold the Code of Ethics, work with a friendly team, and contribute to a clean, organized, and engaging shopping experience for every Guest who visits

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication.
• Ability to operate POS software and handle transactions.
• Awareness of store security and loss prevention practices.
• Assist with merchandising tasks and displays as needed.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Commit to teamwork and positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Complete guest transactions using the POS system and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, payment/exchange policies, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and theft and know how to respond.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable to meet Buckle’s mission.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and all store policies and handbooks.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and guest service excellence.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
