Buckle is seeking a Store Support Teammate in Fayetteville, AR to help create an enjoyable shopping experience and assist guests with merchandise and transactions. The role is part-time and on-site with a friendly team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist with store questions.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) to complete guest transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store.
• Assist merchandising tasks and displays under supervision.
• Adhere to Buckle’s Code of Ethics and store policies.
