Job summary

Buckle is hiring a Part-Time Store Support Teammate in Little Rock, AR. You will greet guests, process transactions at the POS, share knowledge of promotions, and help maintain a clean, organized store.

The role involves flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods. No prior experience is required, and training is provided to support mission and guest experience.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS software and bagging purchases.
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Assist the Operations Manager and/or Visual Merchandiser in merchandising tasks such as preparing displays, organizing fixtures and shelving, completing price markdowns, and transfers.
• Consistently maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle’s mission statement.
• Understand and apply Buckle’s Code of Ethics and all Buckle policies, procedures, and handbooks.
• Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of Guest service while contributing to a positive team spirit.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
