Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking a front-of-house team member at Charter Steakhouse - The Charter in Beaver Creek, CO. You will take guest orders, enter them into the POS, and ensure timely food service with friendly, professional interactions.

Responsibilities include opening/closing side work, maintaining clean dining areas, checking guest satisfaction, and assisting with banquet service when scheduled. On-site role with favorable perk packages and shift meals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
• Clear communication with guests and teammates; organized in fast-paced settings.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders professionally, using suggestive selling and entering orders into the POS.
• Prepare sections for service, open/close side work, reset tables, replenish condiments, keep dining areas clean.
• Provide attentive guest service, check satisfaction, restock beverages, present checks and process payments.
• Support fellow team members and assist with banquet service when scheduled; follow checkout procedures.
