East West Hospitality is seeking experienced Servers for the winter season at The Charter Steakhouse in Beaver Creek, Colorado. You will take guest orders, manage payments, and keep dining areas welcoming with a team-focused approach.

This on-site role pays $15.16/hr plus tips, with a five-night-per-week schedule including weekends and holidays. The position offers opportunities to grow through training and events and requires a positive attitude and reliable teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Taking guest orders professionally, using suggestive selling, entering orders into the POS, and ensuring food is served correctly and on time.
• Preparing sections for service by completing opening/closing side work, setting tables, replenishing condiments, and keeping dining areas clean.
• Providing attentive guest service by checking satisfaction, replenishing beverages, presenting checks, and processing payments.
• Supporting front-of-house team members, assisting with banquet service when scheduled, completing required training, and following checkout procedures.
• Maintaining TIPS certification or obtaining it within the first month, with potential for additional banquet shifts.

The Charter Steakhouse is an elevated mountain-casual steakhouse in Beaver Creek, Colorado, celebrating the region through locally sourced ingredients and dishes inspired by the mountain environment and lifestyle. We’re looking for experienced, professional Servers to join our team for the winter season. If you’re passionate about guest service, highly organized, and bring a positive, team-oriented attitude, we’d like to hear from you!

What You’ll Do Includes:

• Taking guest orders professionally, using suggestive selling, entering orders accurately into the POS, and ensuring food is prepared correctly and served at the appropriate time.
• Preparing sections for service by completing opening and closing side work, setting and resetting tables, replenishing condiments, and maintaining clean, organized dining areas.
• Providing attentive guest service by checking guest satisfaction, replenishing beverages, presenting checks, processing payments accurately, and maintaining the required check average after training.
• Supporting fellow front-of-house team members, assisting with banquet service when scheduled, completing required training, and following proper checkout procedures.
• Maintaining TIPS certification or obtaining it within the first month of service. Taking advantage of additional serving shifts in the growing events and banquet department as available, and performing other duties as assigned.
