Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Lead in Las Vegas. You will drive an exceptional in-store guest experience, lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty, and support daily sales targets.

You will mentor teammates, assist with hiring decisions, and ensure operational readiness during shifts. The role requires 1 year of retail or customer experience, leadership or mentoring experience, and flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Education: High school diploma/GED or above.

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives education and assistance when needed.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs.
• Open and close the store following procedures and ensure store readiness.
• Review daily data and metrics to track sales progress and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Provide direct feedback and coaching to team members for ongoing development.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive, and productive team environment.
