Job summary

Story Land in New Hampshire is seeking a Seasonal Guest Experience Lead to supervise the Admissions Hosts and the guest-service team. You will train staff, uphold park standards, manage ticketing and POS tasks, and ensure a welcoming, memorable first impression for guests.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year experience in customer service, enjoy mentoring teams, and thrive in a dynamic park environment. The role offers flexible scheduling and free park admission on days off.

Qualifications

• No formal education required for this role.
• 1+ years of related work experience in customer service or guest service preferred.
• Experience in amusement park, theme park, or waterpark settings is desirable but not required.
• Fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Guest Experience team and other departments as needed.
• Lead by example and embody Story Land's core values and guest-first attitude.
• Mentor and coach assigned hosts; ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Oversee guest arrival, ticket sales, pass processing, and POS operations.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and timely guest feedback responses.
• Perform administrative duties and assist with revenue reporting and supplies.
