Job summary

Under Canvas Inc. seeks a Camp Concierge to welcome guests on site and ensure a memorable outdoor experience. You will greet arrivals, check guests in at the reception, guide them to tents, and share information about amenities, activities, and local culture while maintaining exceptional service.

This seasonal, hourly role requires calm problem-solving, strong communication, and teamwork to help families, groups, and individuals enjoy outdoor stays in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with POS and reservations systems preferred.
• Customer-focused and friendly attitude.
• Solutions-oriented and detail‑oriented.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain composure, take action, be resourceful in unpredictable situations.
• Welcome and check in guests at the reception desk; assist with check-out.
• Provide clear, accurate, timely communication.
• Learn and share knowledge of local culture and activities.
• Demonstrate the ability to problem solve independently or with your team.
• Seek opportunities to ensure guests have what they need.
• Create a warm welcome with a love of the outdoors and high service standards.
• Greet and check in guests, assist with transportation to tents, and guide tours of the camp.
