Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; theatre, entertainment, hospitality, call center, or sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent phone and email communication.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and service orientation.

• Highly organized and able to multitask across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding group tickets, private screenings, and events.
• Recommend Regal products and services based on customer needs to maximize sales.
• Prepare quotes, process bookings, collect payments, and communicate event details accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems and other tools.
• Coordinate reservations with theatre teams and provide excellent service throughout the booking process.
