PLK Communities in Burlington, Kentucky is seeking a Season Groundskeeper to support the lead maintenance technician in keeping the community safe and well-maintained. This part-time role involves grounds and amenity area upkeep and assisting with routine maintenance tasks.

You will work closely with residents and staff, ensure common areas are clean and safe, and respond to basic maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance of grounds and amenity areas; correct unsafe conditions and report major repairs to lead maintenance technician.
• Keep pools and amenities clean and operable.
• Maintain curb appeal by picking up trash and debris on property and parking lots.
• Organize and clean the maintenance shop; change locks and make keys as needed.
• Assist with minor turn tasks and interior/exterior light audits; respond to emergencies.
• Respond to work orders within 24 hours and notify management upon completion.
