Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, climb, kneel, stoop, bend, twist and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and assist in apartment prep for new residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform seasonal grounds work: debris cleanup, flower bed planting and weeding, lawn upkeep around clubhouse and dog stations.
• Assist in keeping common areas (bathrooms, hallways, fitness center, community rooms) clean.
• Do light maintenance such as changing light bulbs, testing smoke/fire alarms, light painting, and assisting in prepping apartments for new residents.
• Winter months include mandatory hours for snow events.
