Seasons at Orchard Hills Apartments is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to perform seasonal grounds work, assist in keeping common areas clean, and help prepare apartments for new residents. The role involves light maintenance tasks and adherence to safety standards.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, work weekdays, and be willing to participate in snow events during winter. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits through Fiduciary Real Estate Development.

Qualifications

• Professionalism, courtesy, and tactfulness.
• Prolonged standing, walking, climbing, bending and lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Adhere to OSHA/Safety regulations, fair housing laws, and company policies (training provided).
• Preferred: reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license with clean record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform seasonal grounds work including debris cleanup, flower beds and lawn upkeep.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas (bathrooms, hallways, fitness center, community rooms).
• Conduct light maintenance such as changing bulbs, smoke alarms, light painting, and preparing apartments for new residents.
• Winter months may require mandatory hours for snow events.
