Fiduciary Real Estate Development is seeking a part-time Groundskeeper for Seasons at Mount Pleasant Apartments in Mount Pleasant, WI. The role involves seasonal grounds work, cleaning and stocking dog stations, and assisting with apartment prep.

Shifts are Monday and Friday 8am-5pm and Wednesday 8am-1pm. The position offers competitive hourly pay ($18.00-$19.00) and a comprehensive benefits package including daycare discount and paid training. E-Verify participation.

Qualifications

• Maintain professional conduct and customer service.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and dog stations.

• Winter months include mandatory snow event hours.
