Job summary

Horizon Land Co Llc is seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Technician to support our residential community in Williamson. This part-time, hands-on role focuses on property grounds, basic repairs, and day-to-day upkeep from April through October.

You will perform mowing, landscaping, snow removal, routine building maintenance, and assist with repairs in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed. Local travel within the property and seasonally variable hours are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of materials, methods and tools used in repair of buildings and utilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and assist with the general upkeep of community facilities.
• Maintain the grounds, including mowing and landscaping.
• Perform snow removal and seasonal property maintenance.
• Keep common areas clear of trash and foliage.
• Inspect equipment and coordinate repairs with the Community Manager and Regional Manager.
• Order supplies and materials needed for repairs with approval from the Community Manager.
