Job summary

Tunista Logistics Solutions LLC is seeking a Grounds Worker for a Seasonal (Fixed Term) role. The position involves maintaining grounds for industrial, commercial, or public properties and ensuring grounds equipment is safe and functional.

Willingness to work in adverse weather and participate in on-call duties is required. Essential duties include repairing facilities, performing general maintenance on equipment, and routine upkeep of structures and surfaces.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass drug/alcohol test and criminal record check.
• Must have a safe driving record as defined by policy.
• Must have knowledge of worksite safety and standard safety practices.
• Must be able to perform under adverse weather conditions and on-call duties.
• Physical requirements include sitting, standing, kneeling, walking, crouching, crawling, reaching and balancing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds of industrial, commercial or public properties.
• Repair and maintain sinks, toilets, floors and windows as needed.
• Perform general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Be able to work in adverse weather conditions and respond to on-call schedules.
• Report to work within required time frames.
