The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related maintenance experience, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Able to operate snow removal equipment and power tools.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Carry out basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
