Job summary

Great Escapes RV Resorts in Bryan, TX is seeking a part-time Seasonal Maintenance & Grounds Crew member to keep the camp-resort facilities and grounds in top condition. The role requires hands-on maintenance work across facilities and grounds, with a focus on safety and guest experience.

Responsibilities include inspecting facilities, mowing and grounds upkeep, and assisting with a planned maintenance program. Weekend/evening availability, physical fitness, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance technician.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain recreation facilities and equipment.
• Mowing, weed-wicking, weeding, etc.
• Experience driving large tractors is a plus.
• Must be available weekends and evenings.
• Attendance at weekly team meetings.
• Help maintain a planned maintenance program to ensure that sites and services continue operation without interruption and to the required standards.
• Learning how to check and balance chemicals in the pool.
