Job summary

The Grand Geneva Resort & Spa in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin is seeking a Seasonal PT Grounds Crew to support golf course maintenance and landscape management. Join a AAA Four Diamond resort and collaborate with supervisors to help the course spring to life and deliver premier guest experiences.

As part of our Grounds Crew, you will operate mowing equipment, trim and edge around features, apply treatments, rake sand traps, ensure course readiness, and maintain tidy grounds in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance and landscape tasks.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and endure outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowing equipment to maintain fairways, greens, roughs, and tees.
• Trim around trees, shrubs, pathways, and features for a clean look.
• Apply fertilizers and other treatments as needed to maintain plant health.
• Rake and level sand traps and ensure proper shaping.
• Ensure course is ready for golfers with proper signage and restocking.
• Remove leaves and debris to maintain a tidy appearance.
• Work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
