Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa is seeking a Golf Grounds Crew Member for seasonal part-time work at our Lake Geneva, WI resort. You will assist with maintenance and landscape tasks across the golf courses, collaborating with supervisors to keep the course in prime condition.

Applicants should be comfortable with mowing, edging, fertilizing, and debris removal, and able to lift up to 50 lb. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with a friendly, can-do attitude welcomed.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with lawn care tasks and grounds maintenance.
• Flexible availability; weekends and holidays required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowing equipment to maintain fairways, greens, roughs, and tees.
• Trim and edge around trees, shrubs, pathways, sand traps.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed.
• Rake and level sand traps; ensure proper shaping.
• Ensure areas are ready for golfers and restock supplies.
• Remove leaves and debris; perform other duties as assigned.
