Job summary

Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, a Marcus Hotels & Resorts property in Lake Geneva, WI, is seeking a Grounds Crew member to maintain fairways, greens, and landscape while collaborating with supervisors on golf course maintenance and seasonal tasks at a AAA Four Diamond destination.

You will join a dedicated team, perform tasks from mowing to sand trap maintenance, and help ensure the course is ready for golfers in all weather.

Qualifications

• Experience with lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and debris removal.
• Flexible availability; must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowing equipment to maintain fairways, greens, roughs, and tees.
• Trim and edge around trees, shrubs, pathways, sand traps to keep a neat appearance.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed to maintain plant health.
• Rake and level sand traps and keep debris away.
• Ensure areas are ready for golfers; restock ball washers and verify signage.
• Remove leaves and debris to maintain a tidy course.
• Work outside in extreme heat and cold.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
