Job summary

The Fresh Market & You in Hilton Head Island, SC is seeking seasonal team members for Grocery, Guest Service, Early Morning Production, Produce, or counter roles in Deli, Bakery, and Meat & Seafood. You’ll help guests select meal solutions, stock shelves, weigh and scan items, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

This role offers flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays; prior retail or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing extraordinary service.
• Minimum age 16; at least 18 in Deli, Bakery, Produce.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and engage with guests to identify needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ads; assist guests across departments.
• Safely handle food products for sampling to guests.
• Merchandise and stock products and specialty items; assist nearby guests.
• Weigh, scan, and handle cash; provide change when appropriate.
• Gather shopping carts and assist in housekeeping tasks.
• Slice and prepare meat, cheeses, and ready-to-eat solutions; maintain quality.
