Alcivia is seeking a Seasonal Grain Scale Operator in Evansville, WI, to support harvest season operations from September through December. Responsibilities

• Weigh inbound and outbound grain loads and accurately generate scale tickets.
• Weigh non-grain trucks and other vehicles as required by the location.
• Collect grain samples and accurately grade grain according to established standards.
• Apply discounts for moisture, foreign material, damage, vomitoxin, and other quality factors.
• Deliver high level of customer service by being courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive to customer needs.
• Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Manage incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
