Job summary

Agtegra Cooperative in Aberdeen, SD invites applications for a Production Operations - Grain (Seasonal Harvest Help) role. You will assist in grain elevator operations, loading trucks and railcars, and support daily grain handling tasks in a busy facility.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE including a respirator.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and railcars and assist with grain handling (filling or reclaiming ground piles; transferring and blending).
• Inspect facilities and equipment; perform light maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor equipment, input data into computer systems and records.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a teamwork-focused environment.
• Adhere to safety regulations (OSHA, vehicle policy, DOT) and follow all procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
