Alcivia is seeking a reliable Seasonal Grain Operator to support daily grain handling during harvest across multiple locations in Wisconsin. You will receive, grade, store, and load grain while maintaining safety and efficiency.

This role requires working long hours, weekends, and overtime during peak season, with physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders. Prior grain handling experience is a plus and hands-on maintenance may be needed.

Seasonal Grain Operations

Work Location Options: Hager City, Durand, Baldwin, Osseo, Mondovi

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Seasonal Grain Operator to support daily grain handling operations during harvest and peak seasonal periods. This position is responsible for receiving, grading, handling, storing, and loading grain while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and load grain from trucks and railcars.
• Operate grain handling equipment, including conveyors, legs, augers, and related machinery.
• Assist with grain sampling, grading, and quality control procedures.
• Monitor grain conditions and storage facilities.
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and operational procedures.
• Accurately complete required documentation and records.
• Assist with additional operations and facility tasks as assigned.
