Job summary

CGB Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a team member to support grain loading and unloading operations at our facility. This role involves handling railcars and trucks, weighing and grading grain, and ensuring accurate documentation while following safety and environmental regulations.

The ideal candidate will be able to work extended hours, maintain quality grain handling, and operate related equipment as needed at various locations across the network.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1 year in an industrial environment with dependable work history.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and keep accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Participate in safety program and attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Transfer, load and move grain to appropriate location.
• Handle rail/ truck loading duties and weighing/grading of grain.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Perform general cleaning and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Work extended hours, weekends, holidays or alternate shifts as required.
• Interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
