Job summary

W-L Construction and Paving, a CRH company, is seeking skilled labor for grading in Virginia. The role involves physical outdoor work such as shoveling, sweeping and raking, with lifting up to 50 pounds, and requiring teamwork on site. Overtime, night shifts, and possible travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must partner with crew members per plan specifications and perform tasks as instructed.

Responsibilities

• Application includes shoveling, sweeping, raking, mechanical assistance, lifting, pushing and pulling.
• Maintain courteous and professional manner with co-workers and public.
• Overtime and possible night shifts; possible out-of-town assignments.
