W-L Construction and Paving, a CRH company, is seeking a Skilled Laborer to support asphalt crews in Charles Town, WV. Responsibilities include shoveling, raking, site cleanup, and assisting with various construction tasks on diverse projects.

The ideal candidate will be able to work long shifts, maintain safety standards, and operate or learn to operate equipment as needed. High school diploma preferred but not required; overtime and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to operate equipment and work in extreme temperatures.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor to support asphalt crews (shoveling, raking, site cleanup).
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment as assigned.
• Follow manager directions and safety guidelines; maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Overtime, travel to different sites, and flexible schedule as required.
