Qualifications

• Must partner with crew members per plan specifications.
• Ability to be flexible with last minute schedule changes, location changes, time of shift changes.
• Usage of various handheld tools.
• Attendance required according to attendance policy to ensure crew ability to operate at a normal efficiency level.
• Physical ability to shovel and rake.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Initiative to perform/assist with other positions for job completions.
• Attitude/cooperation: always maintain courteous and professional manner with co-workers, customers, and the general public.
• Flagger Certification is an essential function of the job and certification will be required to be obtained during new hire orientation.

Responsibilities

• Application, including shoveling, sweeping, raking, mechanical assistance, lifting, pushing and pulling of various objects.
• Starting Pay is $19.50 an hour.
