CENTURY GOLF PARTNERS MANAGEMENT is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Service Associate at Palm Valley Country Club in Palm Desert, CA. You will greet players, assist with tee times, and ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival through departure.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Must be 16+ and able to stand for long periods, with irregular hours and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Punctual and friendly/outgoing persona.
• Reliable car transportation required.
• Experience in golf or customer service preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work irregular hours.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member/guest services.
• Manage the 1st Tee and ensure tee times run on schedule.
• Greet guests and communicate club policies and course information.
• Assist with club storage and cart fleet duties.
• Set up the Driving Range and monitor golf ball levels.
• Keep outside areas clean and well-maintained.
• Occasional marshal trips around the course.
• Inform golfers of course rules and enforce them as needed.
• Check daily play tickets and assist golfers for smooth play.
• Provide updates on pace of play and course conditions to the Golf Pro Shop.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
