Job summary

New Century FS, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal General Laborer at the Vinton, IA facility to assist in daily operations, support inventory and distribution, and help maintain safety and efficiency.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to obtain a forklift certificate and a CDL. You will work with location staff, perform warehouse tasks, and help ensure smooth, cost-efficient service for customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations at the retail supply location.
• Follow maintenance schedule of facility and equipment.
• Assist with inventory and distribution of products.
• Drive and deliver miscellaneous products as requested.
• Stock and move warehouse product and materials.
• Assist both full-time and part-time operations personnel.
• Maintain the facility, equipment, and company image.
• Help improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work with location manager on safety and compliance issues.
