Job summary

New Century FS, Inc is seeking a Seasonal General Laborer in Grinnell, IA to assist daily operations at the facility. Responsibilities include supporting warehousing, inventory, deliveries, and maintaining equipment and the facility’s image.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to obtain a forklift certificate and CDL as needed. Candidates should be able to lift up to 100 pounds and work extended hours when required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certificate and CDL.
• Ability to move up to 100 pounds.
• Occasional requirement to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations at the retail supply location.
• Follow maintenance schedule of facility and equipment.
• Assist with inventory and distribution of products.
• Drive and deliver miscellaneous products as requested.
• Stock and move warehouse product and material.
• Assist both full-time and part-time operations personnel.
• Maintain the facility, equipment, and company image.
• Support safety and compliance with location management.
• Improve efficiency and reduce costs where possible.
