Job summary

New Century FS, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal General Laborer at Tama Center, IA to assist in daily operations and support warehouse and delivery tasks. You will help with inventory, stocking, and moving products, while following safety procedures and maintenance schedules.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a forklift certification and CDL. Candidates should be prepared for extended hours as business conditions dictate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and driving record.
• Willing to obtain forklift certificate and a CDL.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Willing to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.

Responsibilities

• Assist with operations at a retail supply location.
• Follow maintenance schedule for facility and equipment.
• Assist with inventory and distribution of products.
• Drive and deliver miscellaneous products as requested.
• Stock and move warehouse product and materials.
• Assist full-time and part-time operations personnel.
• Maintain facility, equipment, and company image.
• Help achieve goals by improving efficiency and reducing costs.
• Coordinate with location manager on safety and compliance issues.
