New Century FS, Inc. in Grinnell, IA is seeking a Seasonal General Laborer to support daily operations at the retail supply location. The role includes receiving, stocking, inventory, and deliveries while upholding safety and company standards.

You will follow maintenance schedules, move products, and assist both full-time and part-time staff. A valid driver’s license, willingness to obtain a forklift certificate and a CDL, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willing to obtain forklift certificate and CDL.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations at the retail supply location.
• Follow the facility and equipment maintenance schedule.
• Assist with inventory and distribution of products.
• Drive and deliver miscellaneous products as requested.
• Stock and move warehouse product and materials.
• Support both full-time and part-time operations staff.
• Maintain the facility and company image.
• Help improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Work with location manager on safety and compliance.
