You will assist with stocking, merchandising, store cleanup, and participating in sales initiatives, while maintaining a safe, organized shopping environment and adhering to company policies. This short-term role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommending items and processing transactions.
• Support the store environment and participate in sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised following company guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, ensuring items are well-presented and alphabetized.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical policies.
