Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to help the store team during peak sales days. You will focus on delivering fan-first guest service, assistance with gaming products, and supporting the Circle of Life buy, sell, trade, and reservation model.

In this role you will uphold store standards, help with merchandising and inventory, and respond to customer questions with courtesy. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, and recommending items during every transaction.
• Fully support the shopping environment and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and presenting merchandise on shelves and fixtures.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and safety procedures.
• Adhere to store policies and procedures including attendance and confidentiality.
