Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video game needs, recommending items, and thanking guests.
• Fully support the shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking merchandise and ensuring shelves are well-presented and alphabetized.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and courteously, and resolve issues effectively.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including awareness of scams and safety best practices.
• Adhere to GameStop policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethics.
