Job summary

GameStop in Boise is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak seasons, delivering outstanding guest service and contributing to the Circle of Life buy, sell, trade, and reservation activities.

You will assist with sales, store maintenance, restocking, and customer service, ensuring a clean, organized shopping environment and a positive experience for every guest while complying with store policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Availability to work during peak seasonal days.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for shopping with GameStop.
• Fully support the shopping environment, assist with store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep areas of the store clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking/restocking merchandise and transferring products to the selling floor.
• Assist the team in meeting/exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices, including safety awareness.
• Adhere to GameStop policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
