Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with video gaming needs, recommending items, and thanking guests for shopping with GameStop.
• Support the store environment and participate in all sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Ensure store areas including restrooms are clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise, moving products from stock room to sales floor, and keeping displays organized and alphabetized.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
