Under direct supervision, you will help deliver outstanding guest service, assist customers with video gaming needs, and contribute to selling initiatives in a fast-paced holiday environment. You will help with stocking, merchandising, store cleanliness, and inventory control while meeting sales and shrinkage goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommend items, and thank guests after every transaction.
• Support store appearance and sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
