Job summary

GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our store team on a short-term basis during peak seasons. You will help deliver outstanding guest service, assist customers with video gaming needs, and support sales initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will also help maintain the store, restock merchandise, and ensure an organized, clean shopping space consistent with company guidelines. Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting with gaming needs, and promoting additional items during transactions.
• Fully support the store environment and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the team to keep all areas clean, organized, and merchandised per company guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and present products neatly on the selling floor.
• Help the store meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support loss prevention practices and safety standards across the store.
