Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store environment, visuals, and store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate with the store team to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Follow store policies and procedures, including attendance, confidentiality, and safety practices.
