Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with gaming needs, recommend items, and complete transactions while using selling behaviors.
• Support store environment and contribute to sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Assist in stocking, restocking, and presenting merchandise on the selling floor.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate when needed to a store keyholder.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to policies on attendance, confidentiality, and ethical responsibilities.
