Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, assisting them with video gaming needs, and recommending items.
• Support shopping environment, visuals, and store initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure items are well-presented and alphabetized.
• Help meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate to a store keyholder as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention, following safety practices.
• Adhere to policies including attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
