Responsibilities

Greet guests and assist with their gaming needs, recommending items and following selling behaviors.
Support store environment and participate in holiday sales initiatives.
Keep areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
Assist in stocking merchandise and restocking shelves on the selling floor.
Help the team meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
Address guest questions promptly and escalate to a keyholder when needed.
Follow inventory control and loss prevention practices and safety guidelines.
Adhere to GameStop policies, attendance, confidentiality, and ethics.
