GameStop in Somerset, KY seeks a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak shopping periods. You will provide friendly guest service, assist customers with video gaming needs, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and participate in holiday promotions.

You must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays, have reliable attendance, and be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior retail or guest service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests, helping with video gaming needs, and guiding purchases.
• Support the shopping environment, and contribute to store sales initiatives during the holiday season.
• Collaborate to keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist stocking and restocking merchandise and keep shelves well-presented.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder if needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality obligations.
