Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, recommending items as appropriate.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and apply selling behaviors during every transaction.
• Support store environment visually and operationally, contributing to holiday sales initiatives.
• Stock, restock, and merchandise products on shelves and fixtures; keep floor organized and alphabetized.
• Help meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Follow safety best practices and loss prevention measures; adhere to company policies and confidentiality.
