Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations, visual presentation, and sales initiatives during peak season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise, ensuring products are well-presented and labeled.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions and escalate issues to store leadership as needed.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention practices and adhere to safety guidelines.
