GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak days, delivering outstanding guest service in a sales culture built around the Circle of Life buy, sell, trade, and reservation model.

The role focuses on sales, store maintenance, and customer service with a emphasis on guest satisfaction. You will greet guests, assist with their gaming needs, stock and merchandize, and help the team meet sales goals while maintaining store cleanliness and safety

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store sales initiatives and maintain visual/operational standards during the holiday season.
• Keep store clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.
• Stock and restock merchandise and ensure products are well-presented on the selling floor.
• Assist in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage goals; escalate issues when needed.
• Address questions promptly and professionally, maintaining safety and loss-prevention practices.
• Adhere to all GameStop policies including attendance and confidentiality.
