Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team on a short-term basis during peak sales days, delivering outstanding guest service and promoting the Circle of Life model. The role focuses on sales, store maintenance, and customer service.

You will assist in stocking, merchandising, and helping the team reach sales and shrinkage goals while staying flexible for peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with video gaming needs.
• Support store operations, including visual merchandising and holiday sales initiatives.
• Assist in stocking and presenting merchandise and maintaining organized shelves.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and elevate issues to a store keyholder when needed.
• Adhere to store policies and safety best practices.
